If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the TRAPOL office as soon as possible. In case of cancellation for your convenience, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
Up to 4 days: Free of charge
Cancellation 3 days in advance: 20%
Cancellation 2 days in advance: 30％
Cancellation on the day before the event: 50％
Same-day cancellation: 100％
※However, the system usage fee (1,100 yen) is not refundable even if there is no cancellation fee.

For the safety of all participants, we do not allow anyone who falls under any of the following categories to participate. 9 years old and younger
High blood pressure, heart, spine, or neck disease, epilepsy, hyperventilation, alcohol consumption, symptoms that may be aggravated by participation, pregnancy or possible pregnancy, and those whose safety is deemed unsafe by the organizer on the day of participation.
In addition, a medical certificate may be required depending on the health and age of the applicant.If you have any questions or symptoms of concern, please write them down in the remarks column when you apply. The organizer will reply to you.

- There are many places in the tunnel where footing is poor. Please be careful.
- There are places on the tour where photography is prohibited. Please follow the instructions of the guide.
What to bring and wear
The trolley cars are standard (windowless) for both the round trip and return trips.Please bring clothing that is easy to put on and take off, such as a windbreaker, and gloves (military gloves), as the temperature in the tunnel near the shaft elevators is around 14°C in summer. Please dress warmly, especially in the spring and fall seasons.
● In case of rain, please bring rainwear (poncho) as wind and rain will blow in.
● Helmets must be worn in the tunnel for safety. (Helmets will be provided on the day of the tour. You may also bring and wear your own helmet to prevent new coronavirus infection).
